Job summary

AccorCorpo is seeking an HR Intern to support various administrative functions within the Global brand Loyalty team. This role involves assisting with document management, coordination of internal events, and maintaining HR databases. Ideal candidates are pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist with document collection and administrative functions.
  • Manage the Concur platform tasks including purchase orders and expenses.
  • Support in organizing internal events and employee engagement initiatives.

Job description

  • Assist with document collection meeting scheduling system entries and general administrative functions.
  • Manage Concur platform tasks including purchase orders (POs) expenses and invoicing.
  • Process and support the annual INES billing process for the AEMEA region Hotels.
  • Manage the Heartist cards program across corporate and hotel teams.
  • Maintain and update global and local distribution lists for the three offices.
  • Manage Talent & Culture directories employee birthdays and organizational charts.
  • Assist with insurance and pension enrolment for corporate employees and hotel new starters
  • Provide logistical support including flight bookings intern accommodation insurance and parking arrangements.
  • Support in organizing internal events and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Help maintain and track Talent & Culture programs campaigns and engagement surveys implemented across hotels

Qualifications :

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

  • Relevant coursework or academic focus on HR management organizational behavior labor law or employment relations is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Basic understanding of HR functions such as recruitment onboarding employee relations and HR administration.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS or recruitment tools is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative.

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
