What You Will Be Doing
Talent & Culture Responsibilities

Reporting to the Cluster Manager, Talent & Culture, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing professional, friendly, and engaging service
  • Assisting in daily operations of the Talent & Culture department
  • Handling office administration duties such as correspondence, mail, photocopying, and supplies
  • Managing calls, visitors, inquiries, scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Completing reference checks, job offers, and new hire paperwork
  • Supporting pension, medical, and other assistance coordination
  • Maintaining bulletin boards and filing systems
  • Preparing colleagues ID and name badges, correspondence, and updating employee information
  • Verifying attendance, assisting colleagues, booking onboarding flights, liaising with payroll, and managing exit procedures
  • Supporting colleagues' events and ensuring departmental policies and safety procedures are followed
Executive Office
  • Managing calendars and meetings for leadership
  • Assisting with personal tasks, appointments, and correspondence
  • Providing administrative support including drafts, presentations, research, and special projects
