As the Talent & Culture first point of contact, you will provide guidance and support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Managing multiple responsibilities with independence and professionalism, you will assist department managers with recruitment, onboarding, and employment contracts while maintaining records and generating key reports. You'll also support WHS activities, handle inquiries, connect stakeholders, and anticipate challenges whilst ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all Talent & Culture operations.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well organized, multi-tasker with the ability to work well independently
  • Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests
  • Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
  • Demonstrated competency adapting and working with online systems
  • Tertiary education in Human Resources Management or relatable field
  • Return to Work Coordinator certification (desirable)
