What You'll Achieve

1. Talent Acquisition Strategy Development (30%): Partner with TA leadership and stakeholders to develop strategies aligned with Puffy’s growth, conduct market research, define candidate personas, and evaluate sourcing techniques.
2. Lead Employer Branding Initiatives (30%): Develop multi-platform branding strategies, create compelling content, manage online presence, capture employee stories, and measure branding impact.
3. Recruiting Operations Optimization & Continuous Improvement (20%): Analyze recruitment processes, implement improvements, and stay updated on best practices and compliance.
4. Data & Reporting (20%): Monitor TA metrics, utilize analytics tools, develop dashboards, and provide data-driven recommendations.

Ideal Profile

• 3+ years in Talent Acquisition with success across strategy, branding, marketing, operations, or analytics.
• Experience creating and managing impactful employer branding campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Instagram; basic video/photo editing skills are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in data and analytics tools.
• Familiar with recruitment lifecycle and technologies (ATS, CRM, chatbots).
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Business acumen with a results-driven mindset.
• Proactive, independent worker capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with AI tools, automated messaging, or chatbots like Gleen.
• Experience working in global or distributed teams.
