Millionway General Trading LLC is looking for an experienced and tech-savvy HR Manager to build and manage a high-performing real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, team management, and HR strategies tailored for the competitive real estate industry in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the real estate sector.
2. Build and manage a dynamic, technology-driven real estate team focused on sales, leasing, and property management.
3. Implement HR best practices, including onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
4. Leverage digital tools and HR technology to streamline recruitment and team operations.
5. Develop incentive structures and retention strategies to keep top performers motivated.
6. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
7. Act as a bridge between management and employees to create a productive and innovative work culture.

1. Ability to bring in real estate talent to the company.
2. Proven experience in HR management within the real estate sector.
3. Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR compliance.
4. Experience in recruiting, training, and managing real estate professionals.
