Job summary

YOUR ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Assist in developing and implementing recruitment, screening systems, and procedures to attract qualified candidates for vacancies.
  • Coordinate proactively with department heads and hotel management regarding employee probation, goal setting, and performance appraisals.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with payroll, attendance, and leave administration policies.
  • Maintain full compliance with employee personnel files.
  • Coordinate with T&C colleagues to ensure new hires have a positive onboarding experience, including travel, housing, and orientation.
  • Lead T&C and payroll audits.
  • Coach and guide junior team members in T&C administration tasks.
  • Oversee all T&C functions such as payroll, insurance, filing, employee welfare, and tickets.
  • Assist in employee welfare committee meetings and engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Conduct exit interviews and inform the Cluster Assistant Director of T&C when necessary.
  • Coordinate with the housing team regarding employee accommodation.
  • Prepare and submit T&C reports timely.
  • Maintain a schedule for employee locker inspections and ensure facilities are well maintained.
  • Ensure data integrity in T&C systems.
  • Coordinate employee surveys requested by authorities.
  • Assist with employee engagement surveys and action plans.
  • Support the preparation of CAPEX, payroll budgets, and forecasts.
  • Drive assigned projects by the Cluster Assistant Director of T&C.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related fields; a master's degree is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources, payroll systems, or ERP workflows.
  • Experience with Oracle or Paytrax implementations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including data validation, pivot tables, and formulas.
  • Experience in developing programs and strategies to boost employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong confidence, presentation skills, and ability to handle Q&A sessions.
  • Knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
