Remote-Based Role - Talent Agent (Client Acquisition Manager Role)

Remote | Flexible | Salary + Commission-Based

I'm looking for a Talent Agent who will take on the role of Client Acquisition Manager — someone driven, connected, and creative who can bring high-value clients into my coaching and training space, build strategic partnerships, and support the growth of my brand across coaching, training, and media platforms.

What This Role Involves

• Securing 1:1 coaching clients and training bookings
• Finding and managing partnership opportunities with individuals and organizations
• Actively representing my work and voice in a way that aligns with my brand
• Building a strong client flow and maintaining relationships
• Developing and managing outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
• Being the first point of contact for potential clients or collaborators

What I’m Looking For

• Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, partnerships, or personal brand development
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) – Arabic is also needed
• Strong communication, initiative, organization, and emotional intelligence
• Ability to work independently, with no fixed hours — you manage your flow
• Basic digital fluency (email, LinkedIn, video calls, file sharing, etc.)
• Someone aligned with the coaching/consulting world or willing to learn fast

Compensation

• This is a salary-based + commission role
• You’ll receive a base salary (discussed during interview)
• Plus a commission of 20–25% on every closed client or completed deal
