Location: Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Regional HR team in Dubai. This is a key role focused on attracting and recruiting high-quality candidates across a range of functions.
You ll work closely with various teams to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth, efficient recruitment process from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, people-centred environment and enjoys building strong relationships.
The Role:
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, your focus will be to:
• Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles
• Supporting hiring managers with job descriptions, adverts, and interview planning
• Sourcing candidates through job adverts, networks, and referrals
• Screening applications and conducting initial interviews
• Coordinating interview logistics and candidate communications
• Managing candidate records within our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Ensuring a positive experience for all candidates throughout the process
The Successful Candidate Will Possess:
• Degree level education
• Previous recruitment experience, ideally in the Middle East education sector
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A confident, organised, and proactive approach
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job posting platforms
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• A strong sense of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
