Job description

You will be responsible for working closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to support sourcing candidates and administering the recruitment process. The job holder is also responsible for ensuring candidates have a great experience throughout the process by regularly keeping in touch, following up, and providing feedback.

The TA Coordinator will also be responsible for our Trainee hiring needs by sourcing, screening, sharing candidates with hiring managers, and managing the Trainee's journey throughout their engagement with the Group.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with the TA team to understand the job requirements
  2. Attend briefing meetings with recruiters & hiring managers as required
  3. Create engaging job adverts and share across relevant job portals
  4. Create longlists of matching candidates for review with the TA team
  5. Screen candidates and schedule interviews
  6. Share feedback and updates with active candidates & recruiters
  7. Provide update reports and ensure system compliance for each role
  8. Use relevant selection tools to assess candidates, including competency-based interviews, assessment centers, psychometric evaluations, and other tests
  9. Develop a proactive pool of qualified candidates for critical roles as directed by the TA team
  10. Ensure all applicants have a positive candidate experience
  11. Follow up on referrals from management and employees
  12. Build networks and communities to source and pipeline candidates
  13. Support other HR projects related to talent acquisition as needed
  14. Participate in relevant projects and community activities
  15. Provide reporting support using tools like Excel, SAP, Power BI, and other TA technologies
  16. Liaise with internal HR stakeholders to collect relevant TA data
  17. Take full ownership of the Trainee hiring process
  18. Sourcing and screening graduates for Trainee positions
  19. Facilitating interviews and assessments
  20. Follow up on the Trainee experience with Trainee and Manager
  21. Collect feedback post-assignment
  22. Maintain a central talent pool of Trainees for potential permanent roles
Qualifications and Skills
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
  2. A passion for talent acquisition
  3. 0 to 6 months experience in Supply Chain
  4. 0 to 6 months experience in Talent Acquisition
