Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in real estate recruitment in the Dubai market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent—especially property consultants, and real estate support staff—to meet the company’s growing business needs.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source and attract candidates using LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and headhunting.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for roles such as Property Consultants
  • Maintain and update candidate tracking systems on CRM
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and visa requirements during the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the UAE labor market and real estate job roles.
