Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within in-house talent acquisition or agency recruitment.
Industry Background: Experience in education, arts, or entertainment industries is a plus.
Skills: Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
Technology: Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
