Job description

Company Overview : Sunshine Enterprise Consulting is an industry-leading Staffing and Recruitment Firm. Our clients are Fortune 500 companies, high-growth start-up companies, government, and private equity firms, and lead professional service firms. Due to the continued growth and high demand for our services, we are looking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Position Summary : The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of successful recruiting experience for the GCC or North America region. The successful candidate must be self-motivated and supports our mission, shares our values, and embraces our company culture.

Work Type : On-site

Work Hours : 48 hours / week (alternating Saturday and Sunday shift)

Location : Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities :

Drive the full recruitment cycle—recruit and build relationships with clients nationwide.

  1. Qualify, present, and recommend candidates that meet the needs of our clients by evaluating the best candidate fit per the requirements of the client, including candidate personality, work experience, skillset, references, and other applicable information.
  2. Coach candidates through various stages throughout the interview process, while managing the client and their expectations throughout the recruitment placement process.
  3. Create job descriptions and post them on online job boards and recruitment databases.
  4. Conduct targeted searches and sourcing using various tools and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, NaukriGulf, Zoho).
  5. Report daily on recruiting efforts.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years’ experience with recruiting in the GCC or North American areas with various industries.

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
