Talent Acquisition Specialist - (Contract-based)

Basic Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a medium to large organization.
2. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
3. Proficiency in HR technologies such as CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
4. Expertise in employment laws and regulations, particularly in the UAE or Middle East region.
5. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
6. Deep knowledge of recruiting best practices such as candidate nurturing, negotiation, Boolean search, strong communications skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in any related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing complex hiring projects, including executive and niche roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and report on recruitment metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
