Role Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Arabic Speaker) to drive the recruitment of skilled and service-oriented technical staff across multiple departments — including hair stylists, nail technicians, massage therapists, receptionists, inventory personnel, and more. You will play a crucial role in building the teams that deliver exceptional client experiences across our expanding network of salons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and frontline positions across salons.
  • Partner with salon managers and the Talent Acquisition Head to understand staffing needs across categories such as:
  • Hair (Stylists, Colorists, Hair Washers)
  • Nails (Technicians, Artists, Gel Experts)
  • Body (Massage Therapists, Hammam Specialists, Waxing Technicians)
  • Front of House (Receptionists, Guest Relations)
  • Back of House (Inventory Assistants, Storekeepers)
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies (local and international).
  • Pre-screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical skill, cultural fit, and service orientation.
  • Maintain and update with accurate and timely candidate data.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment SLAs and internal hiring KPIs.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, trials, and trade tests where applicable.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality technical talent.
  • Provide regular recruitment reports and market insights.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in technical or frontline recruitment, preferably in salon, spa, hospitality, or retail environments.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both verbal and written) – mandatory.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing capabilities for high-volume, hands-on roles.
  • Ability to assess technical trade skills and service attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
