Job Purpose:
Implement group-wide sourcing and talent acquisition strategies to ensure timely availability of talent aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Execution
- Deliver annual recruitment plans for technical and non-technical roles, aligned with Emiratization goals.
- Source candidates via multiple channels and portals.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with HRBPs and business heads.
- Communicate outcomes and next steps to applicants.
- Maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
- Manage end-to-end assessment and selection processes with fairness and objectivity.
- Recommend recruitment methods and alternatives.
- Prepare cost analyses and proposals for campaigns.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping in recruitment systems.
- Develop job specs, recruiting materials, and evaluation tools.
- Coordinate temporary staffing and monitor associated costs.
- Oversee overseas recruitment vendors and ensure contract compliance.
- Prepare and negotiate offers, finalize contracts, and confirm joining dates.
- Provide monthly recruitment progress reports and maintain ATS updates.
- Evaluate recruitment challenges and suggest improvements.
- Track selection method effectiveness and adapt as needed.
- Stay compliant with changing legislative and regulatory requirements.
Strategic & Operational Excellence
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and market conditions.
- Implement approved policies, systems, and standards.
- Support leadership development processes and talent reviews.
- Mitigate domain risks through Enterprise Risk Management practices.
- Innovate tools and techniques to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Recommend process improvements based on best practices.
Relationship Management
- Build strong internal and external relationships with departments, vendors, and peers.
- Collaborate with consulting firms and third-party providers (e.g., job portals, assessment centers).
- Engage with industry peers for market insights and knowledge sharing.
Reporting & Analytics
- Support weekly/monthly SLA compliance reporting.
- Maintain quarterly dashboards and collect HR data for management reviews.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Higher Diploma degree in HR or equivalent
- Professional certification such as CIPD is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
- 3 years or more of relevant experience in HR Talent Acquisition
- Skills Required:
- Thorough understanding of the roles and role requirements
- Ability to conduct proper screening and evaluation of CVs
- Ability to use online systems and portals in sourcing candidates
- Ability to work with external agencies
- Ability to be a good communicator and negotiator
- Ability to conduct assessments for hiring
- Thorough understanding of UAE Labor Law.
