Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions for a variety of roles, including sales, marketing, and support functions.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent, including headhunting, networking, and leveraging industry-specific platforms.
  • Screen and assess candidates through interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral evaluations to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support the company’s rapid growth and scaling efforts.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and regulatory requirements within the financial services sector.
  • Represent Vantage Markets at industry events, career fairs, and networking sessions to enhance the company’s employer brand.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven talent acquisition experience, preferably within financial services, fintech, or trading sectors.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
