About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. This role will focus on sourcing, engaging, and managing candidate relationships across key client accounts, ensuring an exceptional recruitment experience for both candidates and clients. You will play a critical role in shaping our talent pipeline, supporting business growth, and representing our brand in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle, from sourcing to offer management.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple disciplines.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
  • Conduct candidate screening and interviews, ensuring alignment with role requirements.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies
  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate records within the ATS and trackers.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to talent market mapping.
  • Ensure recruitment processes follow best practice and protect client/employer brand reputation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within an agency or high-growth environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills with proven ability to identify and engage passive talent.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
