Magna Financial Ltd., based in Dubai, is expanding its Talent Acquisition team to hire across multiple departments and markets. The role covers sourcing, headhunting, candidate management and onboarding within a growing international business.

The successful candidate will help shape and develop the Talent Acquisition function, drive process improvements, and take ownership of recruitment initiatives with clear opportunities for progression as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal Talent Acquisition or agency recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly proactive, organised and able to manage multiple vacancies.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in recruitment.
• Willingness to learn, develop and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles and international markets.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Talent team.

This is a newly created role, working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to support hiring across multiple departments and international markets. You'll be involved across the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and headhunting through to candidate management and onboarding.

More than just supporting live vacancies, you'll have the opportunity to help shape and develop our Talent Acquisition function as the business continues to grow. You'll be encouraged to bring new ideas, improve processes and develop your own skills, with clear scope for progression as the team and function expand.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles and international markets.
• Sourcing and headhunting candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and proactive outreach.
• Building talent pipelines through Boolean searches, market mapping and talent research.
• Conducting initial candidate screening and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinating interviews, and feedback while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
• Supporting the development of recruitment processes, systems and best practice across the Talent function.
• Helping develop sourcing strategies, recruitment reporting and talent pipelines for future growth.
• Supporting interview training and recruitment initiatives across the wider business.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in an internal Talent Acquisition or agency recruitment role.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting experience, ideally using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple vacancies.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in recruitment and talent.
• A willingness to learn, develop and take ownership.
• Experience recruiting within financial services, sales or professional services advantageous.
