Role Purpose:
We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The Acquisition team is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with strong abilities in managing multiple tasks, communicating effectively, and driving the end-to-end recruitment process.
This position will support hiring needs across various industries, including Construction, Engineering, Infrastructure, Sustainability, Environmental, Corporate Roles, Real Estate, and across multiple geographies such as the UAE, Africa, Egypt, KSA, Canada, and the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Attraction
- Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) to attract and engage top talent.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles across different industries and geographies.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- End-to-End Recruitment Process
- Manage job postings, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
- Provide a positive candidate experience and ensure timely feedback.
- Stakeholder & Candidate Management
- Maintain effective communication with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition team members, and candidates.
- Advise stakeholders on market trends, best hiring practices, and candidate availability.
- Ensure a seamless hiring process by coordinating schedules and interview logistics.
- Process Improvement & Reporting
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.
- Maintain accurate records in the SAP Applicant Tracking System and recruitment dashboards.
Experience and Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition resource.
- At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Strong experience in sourcing and hiring within construction, engineering, real estate, or corporate roles is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and professional networking sites (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with global recruitment across the UAE, Africa, Egypt, KSA, Canada, and the UK is an advantage.
- Experience using SAP is advantageous.
- Arabic language skills would be a plus.
