About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team in Abu Dhabi. You’ll play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across a range of departments—from tech to business operations—ensuring every hire aligns with Huspy’s high bar and culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies, job boards, LinkedIn, events, and creative outreach.
• Drive an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey.
• Champion our employer brand, both online and offline, helping to tell the Huspy story in an authentic and compelling way.
• Use data to track hiring performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Work closely with People Ops on onboarding and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced tech/startup environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously, with a sharp eye for quality and detail.
• Strong sourcing skills with experience using ATS systems and recruitment tools (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc).
• A people person—you're approachable, a great communicator, and a natural relationship builder.
• High energy, proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for matching people with purpose.
• Knowledge of the UAE labor market and experience hiring across the region is a big plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a bonus but not required.
