Job Responsibilities

  1. Talent Acquisition Recruiter who excels in candidate sourcing, screening, and conducting high-quality interviews.
  2. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying top talent across various roles, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience, and helping build strong, long-term hiring strategies.
  3. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, recruitment knowledge, and the ability to act as a true business partner to hiring managers.
  4. Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team culture, and business goals.
  • Create effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, databases, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough pre-screening and in-depth behavioral and technical interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, cultural fit, and motivation.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and proactively build talent pools.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience.
  • Track metrics, provide recruitment reports, and continuously improve the hiring process.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter) is a plus.
