Job Purpose

Essential Duties
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates who meet the job criteria
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process
- Conduct reference checks to verify candidates' qualifications and experiences
- Assist in the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, facilitating orientation sessions, and ensuring new hires have the necessary resources
- Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate documentation of all recruitment activities
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and source of hire, to improve the recruitment process
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other external partners
- Collaborate with Recruitment Manager, HR, and Line Managers to determine manpower requirements, document, and centrally store this information
- Complete all administrative tasks on time to support manpower planning, vacancy advertising, and selection processes
- Review and update selection process materials
- Ensure new joiners start on time with all necessary paperwork completed correctly
- Maintain recruitment records including costs and candidate information
- Develop and implement effective attraction strategies, balancing local, GCC/Middle East, and overseas activities
- Stay updated on recruitment developments, recommend and implement process improvements
- Develop internal and external relationships to benefit the business, ensuring all stakeholders are briefed and aligned with recruitment processes
Education
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Experience
- Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases is advantageous

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in job postings, candidate information, and documentation
