A leading engineering company is seeking a Corporate Talent Acquisition Project Manager for a global role to drive talent acquisition projects. This position focuses on upskilling the Talent Acquisition community, enhancing candidate experiences, and managing changes within the organization. We are currently seeking a Corporate Talent Acquisition Project Manager, reporting directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, to join our Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence. This is a global role that can be based in any of our offices worldwide.

Within the People Development organization, the Talent Acquisition CoE aims to define the skills for the future by implementing best-in-class processes, practices, and technologies. Your role will involve enabling upskilling initiatives to ensure our Talent Acquisition community can attract, assess, and acquire top talent globally. You will work closely with other People Development CoEs, including Talent Management, Diversity and Inclusion, and Learning & Development.
Your responsibilities will include the design, development, planning, and implementation of Talent Acquisition projects, leading change management efforts across Technip Energies' operating centers. This includes project setup, scope definition, managing deliverables, designing global procedures, translating processes into business operations, and ensuring smooth adoption through monitoring and follow-up.
You will coordinate with project contributors, onboard the TA community via regular communications, and present project outcomes to senior leadership. You may also review proposals from external consultants and providers.
The TA CoE is an international team based in three countries across two time zones. Our diverse backgrounds foster innovative solutions for complex challenges. We value close collaboration and support, utilizing Teams chat, email, and video calls.
