The Main Event: What you'll do
Talent Acquisition:
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team's staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Candidate Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive and professional candidate experience
  • Keep candidates informed about the hiring process, company culture, and career opportunities
Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track the status of candidates and provide timely reports to stakeholders
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
The Perfect Match: What you bring
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • 1 year of experience in recruiting, with a focus on Sales roles
  • Proven experience of hiring for the high-volume roles
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Proven success in recruiting for startup environments is highly desirable
