As a Talent Acquisition Partner, together with a small team supporting the MEA region, you'll play a key role in our recruitment efforts across our businesses. You'll have the freedom to structure your days and have the support of a fantastic team. How you'll make an impact

Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to gain deep business knowledge and understand hiring needs.

Develop job advertisements and implement tailored sourcing activities.

Maintain proactive communication with all parties involved.

Ensure an efficient process from job requisition approval to onboarding.

Attract diverse talent through various channels.

Actively developing and maintaining external talent pipelines.

Perform pre-screening activities to assess candidate suitability.

Drive candidate centricity and ensure a signature candidate experience.

Your background

Bachelor’s degree and / or relevant work experience.

Experience in a similar role, either with an agency or in-house, with a deep understanding of recruitment trends and requirements in the region.

Knowledge of the industry sector is desirable.

Ability to effectively source and attract candidates.

Experience using applicant tracking systems.

An expert with different sourcing channels; LinkedIn Recruiter certified preferred.

Good judgment skills based on behavioural interviewing techniques.

Strong interpersonal and networking skills.

Excellent communication skills in English.
