Talent Acquisition Partner, MEA & APAC

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner to join our MEA and APAC team in Dubai. This pivotal role involves recruiting for various positions across the Middle East, Africa (MEA), and Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions. As a key member of our global HR team, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle and build strong partnerships with business leaders and hiring managers.

This hands-on position requires a deep understanding of the diverse talent markets across MEA and APAC, with the ability to navigate different cultural and professional landscapes to attract top-tier candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition creation and sourcing to offer negotiation and closure.
  • Serving as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent availability, sourcing strategies, and assessment techniques.
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates using various sourcing channels, including professional networks, online job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Bayt, Naukri Gulf), and direct sourcing.
  • Developing innovative sourcing strategies tailored to the MEA and Asia markets.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborating with global HR and TA teams to align with worldwide talent acquisition strategies.
  • Tracking and reporting recruitment metrics to optimize processes.
The Talent We Seek
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Experience recruiting in the MEA and/or APAC regions.
  • Proven success sourcing active and passive candidates, proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and APAC recruitment platforms.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in technical or engineering recruitment.
  • Proficiency in an additional language relevant to MEA or APAC regions.
  • Experience with HR reporting and analytics.
