Overview of the role
We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources department. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process within specific business divisions of the Al-Futtaim group. You will partner with business unit stakeholders and Human Resources Business Partners to ensure that our business growth plans are supported with the best global and local talent.

What you will do

  • Support the business unit during manpower planning and scheduling
  • Develop a Hiring Plan for different brands to fulfill budgeted requirements
  • Interact with business units and line managers to assess recruitment requirements and provide solutions to attract and source quality candidates in a timely manner
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (attract, source, select, and offer management) and drive proactive fulfillment of business requirements
  • Support and educate line managers with appropriate assessment tools to attract, source, and select the right talent
  • Provide the business with market mapping data to ensure current market trends and status are considered for any recruitment campaigns
  • Facilitate and record activities and results to ensure merit-based decisions are taken on candidates
  • Efficiently use different recruitment tactics such as careers website, social media, job boards, headhunting, and LinkedIn to attract talent
  • Plan and conduct assessment centers/open days to identify suitable candidates for the business
  • Plan and develop Talent Pools to meet the requirements of the Hiring Plan
  • Ensure candidates are fully referenced and checked before selecting the final candidate
  • Manage offers and ensure they are in line with business manpower budgets and internal total rewards policies

Required skills to be successful

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or within HR is preferred
  • A minimum of 7 years of recruitment/sourcing experience is required
  • In-house experience with the ability to manage complex stakeholders and multiple HRBPs is preferred
  • Experience working with an ATS (Success Factors) is preferred

About the team
You will be part of a dynamic Talent Acquisition team that works closely with various business units and HRBPs to support the company's growth and talent acquisition needs. The team is committed to ensuring a fair and timely recruitment process while adhering to the Al-Futtaim Group recruitment policy. You will be reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition - Automotive.

Your experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ability to develop and implement effective hiring plans, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills will equip you for success in this role. Your knowledge of local labor laws, experience with ATS, and ability to conduct large-scale assessment centers will further enhance your ability to attract and select the best talent for the organization.
