Reporting to : Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Contract : 6 Months

About the Team :

Our client's Talent Acquisition (TA) team is a high-impact group of people enthusiasts on a mission to bring in top-tier talent to power the company's purpose of simplifying and improving the lives of people and building an inspiring organization. The Corporate TA team partners with business leaders across the region to support hiring for critical corporate functions.

As a TA Partner – Corporate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s people strategy by identifying and hiring the best talent across corporate verticals including Marketing, Operations, Sales, People, Finance, Legal, and Corporate Affairs.

Job Responsibilities :

  1. Drive Talent Strategy : Own and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for non-tech roles across the region, aligned with business goals and workforce planning.
  2. Business Partnering : Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders by providing guidance on job design, talent market insights, and hiring best practices.
  3. Candidate Experience : Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding, championing employer's brand at every touchpoint.
  4. Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, feedback, offer negotiation, and handover to onboarding.
  5. Data-Driven Decision Making : Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health, quality of hire) to continuously improve performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
  6. Innovative Sourcing : Leverage a blend of traditional and creative sourcing strategies, using channels like LinkedIn, ATS (Greenhouse), referrals, events, and networks to attract top talent.
  7. Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner closely with HR Business Partners, People Ops, and other teams to ensure a unified approach to workforce planning and talent acquisition.
  8. Market Intelligence : Continuously scan the talent market and competitors to stay ahead of hiring trends, benchmark talent quality, and proactively build talent pools.

Requirements / Qualifications :

  1. Experience : 5+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong track record in hiring for corporate functions within a fast-paced environment. A blend of agency and in-house experience is preferred.
  2. Stakeholder Management : Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders across functions.
  3. Tech Proficiency : Experience with ATS platforms (we use Greenhouse) and tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel / Google Sheets for reporting, and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, G Suite).
  4. Executional Excellence : High attention to detail, process rigor, and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously without compromising on quality or speed.
  5. Candidate Advocacy : A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences and representing the brand with authenticity and impact.
  6. Agility : Comfortable with rapid change, and shifting priorities typical of a high-growth tech environment.
  7. Ownership Mindset : Self-starter with a bias for action, a results-oriented mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
