Job summary

Arada in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment across Development & Design, attracting, assessing and hiring across Architecture, Interior Design, Development and Construction Project Management disciplines.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of recruitment experience in real estate or related sectors, strong direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities, and a deep understanding of the UAE and GCC talent market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience in real estate developer, construction company, engineering consultancy, or architecture practice.
• Experience recruiting for Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate Development, Construction Project Management.
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of the UAE and GCC talent market.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future talent requirements across Development & Design teams.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, and market mapping.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber professionals in the built environment.

Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment efforts across our Development & Design functions. This role will be responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring top-tier talent across Architecture, Interior Design, Development, and Construction Project Management disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting within the real estate, construction, engineering, architecture, or design sectors and possess a strong understanding of the specialist talent landscape within these functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand current and future talent requirements across Development & Design teams.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Proactively source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, and market mapping initiatives.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-Caliber professionals across the built environment sector.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and provide hiring managers with candidate assessments and recommendations.
• Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide market insights, talent trends, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with HR and business leaders to support workforce planning initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment within a real estate developer, construction company, engineering consultancy, or architecture practice is a MUST.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for the following disciplines:
• Architecture
• Interior Design
• Real Estate Development
• Construction Project Management
• Experience hiring across junior, mid-level, and senior leadership positions.
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of the UAE and GCC talent market.
