A leading healthcare institution in Dubai is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to plan and execute the recruitment processes, ensuring seamless onboarding and a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in business administration or Human Resources and experience in in-house recruitment within the healthcare sector.
This role is responsible for the planning, co-ordination, and execution of the recruitment and selection process, and for monitoring and improving the recruitment process in the organization. Ensuring timely resourcing according to the manpower plan. This role is also responsible for managing end-to-end administrative and logistical aspects of onboarding, including pre-joining formalities and support with visa formalities to ensure a seamless induction process into King’s. The incumbent will also support all leavers through exit formalities to ensure a respectful end of employment process.
