Talent Acquisition Officer

Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:


Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, and social media.
Conduct interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
Keeping up to date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
Assess an applicant knowledge, skills, and experience to suit open positions.
Attend and arrange open days for external recruitment.
Submit related recruitment reports on timely manner.

Requirements :

Bachelor s Degree
Has at least 2 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition function in a fast-paced environment
Experienced at several assessment and interviewing techniques
Fluent and effective communicator
Has a keen ability to recognize top talent from interviews and resumes
Has effective stakeholder management, relationship building and consulting skills
Has a strong problem-solving ability and an open mind to challenge
