Job description

One of the leading pharmaceutical businesses in the UAE is on the lookout for a dynamic and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Manager to join their HR leadership team.

You’ll be reporting directly to the CHRO and leading a high-performing TA team. But this is more than just recruitment – we’re looking for someone who can build a strong employer brand, implement best-in-class hiring strategies, and play a key role in shaping talent management, career mapping, and internal mobility frameworks.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for all corporate and operational functions across the organization
  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Manage and mentor a team of TA professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous development
  • Partner with senior leadership and department heads to understand workforce needs and talent gaps
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice
  • Oversee workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and proactive talent pipelining
  • Integrate best practices in candidate assessment, selection tools, and onboarding processes
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues on internal mobility, succession planning, and high-potential talent programs
  • Support the design and execution of career mapping frameworks and development plans
  • Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs, cost-per-hire, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire metrics
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and uphold internal recruitment policies and standards

Key requirements:

  • Strong experience in end-to-end talent acquisition within the pharma or healthcare sector
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team
  • Solid knowledge of talent management tools, assessment centres, and succession planning
  • Passionate about building a sustainable pipeline of talent
  • Must be based in the UAE or open to relocating
  • Language: English (Arabic is a plus)
