Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager with a proven track record in sourcing top-tier talent across the banking, IT, and financial sectors. This role is pivotal in driving the company’s talent strategy to attract, engage, and retain the best professionals in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple departments with a focus on technical and financial roles.
Partner with business leaders and HR to forecast hiring needs and define role requirements.
Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract high-caliber candidates in a competitive market.
Utilize a mix of sourcing methods including headhunting, networking, digital platforms, and recruitment agencies.
Manage employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies throughout the hiring process.
Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve processes.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within banking, financial services, or IT recruitment.
Strong knowledge of financial markets and technical role requirements.
Proven experience in hiring mid to senior-level professionals across corporate and technical functions.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
