A Snapshot of Your Day

The Talent Acquisition Manager drives end-to-end recruitment activities for the MENA office, focusing on sourcing candidates for open roles. This role involves executing hiring strategies, managing recruitment pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure timely and high-quality hires.

How You Will Make an Impact?

  1. Proactively source and engage candidates for active roles across various functions.
  2. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  3. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  4. Monitor and report on hiring metrics to ensure recruitment goals are met.
  5. Support talent pipelines by leveraging tools, job boards, and local networks to attract qualified candidates quickly.
  6. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies in all recruitment activities.
  7. Oversee onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition from Talent Acquisition to HR Business Partners.

What You’ll Need?

  1. University degree; Bachelor Degree in Business Management or relevant field.
  2. Min 8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a matrixed environment working closely with senior leaders.
  3. Proven experience in working in a Recruitment Agency.
  4. Experience with HR Information Systems (e.g., SAP HR, Taleo, Workday, Smart Recruiter etc..).
  5. Experience in managing a recruitment dashboard to monitor and improve recruitment performance.
  6. Arabic Language is a plus.
