The Talent Acquisition Manager leads and manages the recruitment function of the organization, ensuring the attraction, selection, and retention of top-tier talent. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, overseeing the hiring process, working closely with department heads to forecast staffing needs, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. A key responsibility is building a strong employer brand and optimizing sourcing methods to support organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement overall recruiting strategies aligned with company goals.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Partner with department managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Develop talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and engagement strategies.
Optimize use of job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
Maintain and report recruitment KPIs and analytics to senior leadership.
Enhance employer branding to attract top talent.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process.
Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators.
Stay current on labor legislation and market trends to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including team leadership.
Deep understanding of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing strategies.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience managing high-volume or specialized hiring campaigns.
Proficiency in data analysis and recruitment metrics.
