Job description

Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery and support broader hiring programs ensuring quality of hire speed and candidate experience are consistently high.

  • Drive a metrics-led recruitment culture tracking performance against KPIs such as time-to-fill offer acceptance rates and requisition aging.
  • Lead weekly hiring reviews with stakeholders presenting progress risks and solutions to ensure delivery targets are met.
  • Ensure all requisitions are opened managed and closed in a timely and compliant manner across programs.
  • Support the Head of Talent Acquisition in driving operational excellence across multiple recruitment programs ensuring consistency compliance and scalability.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor team performance hiring effectiveness and program outcomes.
  • Deliver timely accurate and actionable insights to senior leadership to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor junior team members and uphold high standards of delivery governance and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications :

  • 10 years in talent acquisition with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a large organization.
  • Prior experience of nationalisation strategies and managing major recruitment programs in the Middle East is essential.
  • Prior experience within Campus recruiting would be advantageous
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel; experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g. Workday Smart Recruiters) LinkedIn Recruiter and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized delivery-focused and metrics-driven.
  • Confident adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data and reporting accuracy.
