The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, developing effective sourcing strategies, managing a team of recruiters and collaborating with business leaders to ensure the hiring of top talent. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent stakeholder management, and a passion for enhancing employer branding and candidate experience.

Responsibilities include

  • Talent Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals. Partner with leadership to understand workforce plans and hiring needs.
  • Recruitment & Selection: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for critical and senior-level roles.
  • Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to ensure quality hires. Implement innovative sourcing methods (social media, headhunting, referrals).
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and provide market insights.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Team Leadership (if applicable): Manage and mentor recruitment team members, ensuring delivery of KPIs. Provide guidance and support on complex hiring needs.
  • Employer Branding: Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Collaborate with Marketing/Communications to promote company culture and career opportunities.
  • Process Optimization & Compliance: Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire). Prepare regular reports and present insights to senior management.

Here's what you'll need
