Job Description
Job Purpose
The TA Lead provides a real opportunity to make a difference to the company, working with the business to deliver on vacancies and enhance the hiring experience. The Lead will work closely with the business, creating strong partnerships and delivering against business goals. The Lead should be knowledgeable of Talent Acquisition techniques and have a desire to build strong internal relationships, providing a comprehensive hiring service to Al Rostamani Group businesses to source and select the best talent.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with Managers to advise them on recruitment strategy and give visibility on the recruitment status.
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to create compelling employee attraction stories and routes to market.
- Identify, attract, and manage relevant candidates based on open positions and future talent needs, working with TA & HRBPs.
- Anticipate future recruitment needs and proactively develop talent pools through advertising, direct candidate approaches, networks, diversity associations, social media, and referrals.
- Manage the entire candidate hiring process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, referrals, counseling, negotiations, and offers.
- Ensure candidate data is accurately recorded in SuccessFactors (ATS).
- Provide proactive reporting and insights to the business.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience as an Al Rostamani Group ambassador.
- Ensure compliance with legislation regarding confidentiality, data protection, and security.
- Develop innovative sourcing, attraction, and evaluation methodologies.
- Manage hiring projects assigned to your line of business, ensuring completion within timelines and standards.
- Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders to maximize quality, speed, cost-effectiveness, and service delivery.
- Recommend ideas to facilitate UAE National recruitment to meet Emiratisation targets.
- Update the Head of Talent Acquisition on hiring activities, issues, and corrective actions.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPD) is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 8 years HR experience, with at least 3 years in corporate recruitment, including management-level hiring.
Knowledge & Skills
- Experience with database/ATS/recruitment technology, especially SuccessFactors (RCM).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in writing job briefs and adverts.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Experience with assessment centers is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
