A leading HR firm in Dubai is seeking a motivated HR Intern to assist in recruitment and talent acquisition. This internship provides hands-on experience in the recruitment cycle within a global HR team. Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in HR or Business Administration, possess strong communication skills, and must hold a valid visa/residency in the UAE. Exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and mentorship from senior HR professionals will be provided.

Job Title: HR Intern – Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Location: Dubai or Remote

Duration: 3 months (with possibility of extension based on business needs)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern with a strong interest in recruitment to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience across the full recruitment cycle and exposure to HR best practices in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with a global HR team and gain valuable cross-cultural experience.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support in drafting and posting job descriptions.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate databases.
  • Assist in employer branding activities (career fairs, social media posts, etc.).
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is a plus.
  • Prior ad sales or business development experience will be considered an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must hold a valid visa/residency in the UAE.
