We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship, providing an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HR and recruitment domain.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing and Screening:

  • Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to shortlist candidates.
Coordination and Scheduling:
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview processes.
  • Maintain and update the interview tracker to monitor candidate progress.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Ensure timely collection and verification of candidate documents.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports for the talent acquisition team.
Candidate Experience:
  • Help create a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and addressing queries during the hiring process.
