The Opportunity
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Team in EEMEA with administrative documentation and technology work.
  • Complete job postings for EEMEA-based positions.
  • Process Workday activities, including administrating recruitment steps, reports, and candidate management.
  • Link with the candidate, Hiring Manager, HRBP, and Talent Acquisition on the Global Background check full-cycle process.
The Candidate
  • High level of organization skills.
  • Has an interest in learning about Talent Acquisition.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Graduating in 2026 or later.
  • Able to work 25-40 hours per week.
  • Adept with technology and able to pick up new systems and digital tools quickly.
