Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in recruitment of corporate and technical roles.
• Arabic language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for open positions.
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of quality talent.
• Oversee and enhance onboarding processes.
• Organize engagement activities and events.

Skills

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Deep understanding of the recruitment process

Familiarity with different applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Excellent MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or business administration

CIPD or HR professional certification
