Job summary

Qualifications

Our award-winning talent acquisition team is seeking a talented and future-focused Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the recruitment process across multiple business functions.

The role broadly involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and maintaining our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure we create the best possible candidate and client experience.

You will play a key role in providing high-quality support to the dedicated talent acquisition team through developing talent pools for key roles, and ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates.

We are looking for someone who brings speed mixed with accuracy, someone who is constantly looking at ways to improve processes and sees the opportunity AI can bring to enhance talent acquisition.

You must have had experience with an ATS as you will become the superuser for the team, championing its use across the business. A genuine interest in recruitment technology and/or AI tools is needed and will be thoroughly tested during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process by sourcing relevant candidates through multiple channels.
• Prepare and post job advertisements, coordinate assessments, screening calls, and pre-employment checks.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and present a shortlist to the Lead.
• Carry out market research to understand competitor hiring trends and the broader talent landscape, enabling proactive sourcing and pipeline development.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, calendars, and panels, including video links, and candidate/interviewer logistics.
• Provide support for high volumes of recruitment activity across multiple open vacancies
• Communicate with candidates regarding application status and interview feedback, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate data is accurate and up to date.
• Track and update candidate progress across all stages of the recruitment lifecycle within the system.
• Leverage AI-driven tools, autonomous sourcing solutions, and agent-based technologies to enhance talent acquisition processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, market mapping, and pipeline development.
• Continuously explore and adopt emerging recruitment technologies, including AI agents and automation tools, to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Generate and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to improve hiring outcomes and process efficiency.
• Ensure that the confidentiality and sensitivity of information and data is fully protected and respected and comply with the confidentiality rules and procedures and implementing appropriate levels of security and control.

Previous Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, Researcher, or similar role within a corporate environment, recruitment agency, or executive search firm.
• Proven experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies, with a strong focus on maintaining data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Copilot, Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.), with the ability to manage data, track hiring metrics, and prepare reports.
• Ideally have worked with SAP and in particular Success Factors Recruitment.
• Strong interest in and exposure to emerging technologies, with hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to support sourcing, market research, and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Fluent written and spoke English is mandatory.
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
