Hill International provides program, project, and construction management services for clients undertaking major construction projects worldwide. Our services include cost engineering, estimating, quality assurance, inspection, scheduling, risk management, and claims avoidance.
General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Implement the Hill Style Guide in all written materials.
- Work closely with pursuit teams to review content efficiently and convert materials into Hill format.
- Convert candidate resumes into Hill format for proposals, interacting with new hires and potential employees as needed.
- Listen to clients' career goals and professional situations to write/edit professional resumes.
- Provide professional resume reformatting, grammatical corrections, and targeted content to ensure accuracy and strategic phrasing of responsibilities and accomplishments.
- Develop high-quality project description texts for Hill projects, circulating for review and approval.
- Edit, proofread, and organize technical content coherently and structurally, free from grammatical errors.
- Input data and update the Deltek Vision CRM database.
- Develop end-user product documentation in an agile environment, meeting all team deadlines.
- Support recruiters across the Middle East in their recruitment cycle, including performing reference and background checks.
- Maintain and update the availability list, new hires files, project files, and shared folders.
- Run reports on job posts, candidate applications, open requisitions, and other relevant data.
- Perform other responsibilities as required.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
- B.A. in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, Human Resources, or related field (minimum).
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment-related admin work and resume writing.
- Exceptional written communication skills, including editing and proofreading.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
- Ability to work in various word processing and layout environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Passionate, driven, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
