Responsibilities

• Greet the family upon arrival and ensure they are seated in a timely manner.
• Take orders and communicate them to the kitchen promptly and accurately.
• Serve food and beverages to guests ensuring they are satisfied with their meal.
• Provide recommendations to the family regarding menu items.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Resolve any complaints and issues in a professional manner.
• Train and mentor junior staff members.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a Senior Waitress.
• Fluent in Tagalog and English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
