• Check stock and report damaged items or variances.
• Update orders, payments, and stock records.
• Coordinate with shipping team and follow up on delays or rescheduled orders.
• Engage in product launches and liaise with market experts.
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Ensure stock is properly packaged and delivered to the correct location on time.
