Apt Resources is currently looking for a Presentable Tagalog Speaking Female Telephone Operator to join their client's team. As a Telephone Operator, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner. You will assist callers by providing accurate information, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.

Responsibilities :

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Greet callers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information to callers regarding company services and policies
  • Take messages and relay them to the intended recipients
  • Assist with making outgoing calls as needed
  • Maintain a log of incoming and outgoing calls
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints or issues
  • Ensure strict adherence to company telephone etiquette and standards
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
