Job summary

Newcom, a UAE boutique distributor, seeks a Business Development Intern – Systems Integration in Dubai. The role blends research with active pipeline development, including outbound outreach and meeting-setting in a fast-paced setting.

The intern will research customer needs, support competitive analysis, and help expand the team’s network while maintaining pipeline records. This is a part-time or full-time internship (3–6 months) in the Value Added Sales Division.

Qualifications

• Currently in final year of Bachelor’s program or pursuing MBA.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to accelerate research and draft content.
• Proficiency in direct outbound outreach including cold calls and emails.
• Proficiency in Canva to prepare professional-quality presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with concise synthesis of complex information.

Responsibilities

• Research customer needs, buying patterns and project requirements.
• Support competitive research to inform outreach positioning.
• Conduct outbound cold calls and email outreach to prospective customers and partners.
• Assist in meeting-setting and early relationship development for the team.
• Build and expand the team’s professional network and activation calendar.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, meetings, and pipeline status.
