- Provide technical deployments in all running projects & new projects as a team member of the Service Delivery Division.
- Understand how to gather more technical requirements/information and recommend a solution.
- Must be able to design end-to-end core network and experience with the L2/L3 routing protocol.
- Must be able to install Linux systems, do end-to-end/pilot testing in staging/production environments, perform ANTlabs solution verification, and perform fault escalation.
- Perform troubleshooting and patch fixes at a hardware and software level.
- Able to diagnose, isolate, troubleshoot, and fix technical issues under pressure.
- Show responsibility for all assigned tasks, that may even require working after office hours (in certain urgent situations) to achieve tasks or timely project completion.
- Demonstrates ability to execute and perform timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction & instill quality in every aspect of job function.
- Any other matters as instructed by the Supervisor (or) Project Managers when required due to the job nature.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Advanced network Engineer experience with experience on Cisco routers and switches.
- Experience and knowledge of networking such as switching, routing, firewall, VLAN, TCP/IP
- Experience with configuration for advanced L3 and L2 routing including but not limited to BGP, IS-IS, PE routing and NATtin.
- Wi-Fi experience, Controllers, AP, SSID, configuration, signal analyzing.
- Having servers installation and troubleshooting experience such as Dell Power Edge will be advantages.
- Having Antlabs or similar solutions experience and captive portal deployment and management.
- Experience in installing, managing, and troubleshooting Linux Operating systems such as RHEL, CentOS or Ubuntu
- Basic understanding of cloud/enterprise networking and security best practices
- Knowledge of OS/Application security hardening.
- Experience in Linux shell/Bash script
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-10 years of technical work experience in the IT/Telecom industry with the following technical skills/experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunications), Computer Science / Information Technology, or equivalent.
- CCNP/CCIE is a plus.
- Fast learner with a positive attitude and the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects independently without much supervision.
- Able to perform duties inside a datacenter environment, outside of office hours, and/or night activities as required by the projects.
