Job summary

D4 Insight in Abu Dhabi, UAE, seeks a Systems Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for integration initiatives involving APIs, messaging, event streaming, and middleware solutions.

The role collaborates with business teams, Product Owners, architects, and developers to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and data mapping, ensuring adherence to governance and security standards across integration projects.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in a Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Integration Analyst role.
• Core Banking technical and functional expertise.
• Experience with Oracle Database, WebLogic, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, messaging, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with TIBCO, MuleSoft, Kafka, API Gateway, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of core banking business processes.
• Knowledge of XML, JSON, REST APIs, data mapping, and interface design.
• Experience in digital banking, payments, channels, or core banking transformation.
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or OCI and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation requirements.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production readiness.
• Support integration troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with integration governance, security, and architecture standards.
